Yoga/Photo Schedule

DAY ONE

One of your leaders will be there at the airport when you arrive to whisk you away to your mansion. Get to know your neighborhood, relax, enjoy a margarita and empanada until all have arrived. 6pm Orientation to Cartagena, Colombia. Private dinner to follow.

End your day with a guided meditation on the rooftop designed to bring balance and presence to your breath and perspective. Classes are layer-based to offer all levels of movement and growth.

DAY TWO
Discover gratitude for every movement, breath, and moment on your mat while guided through an all-levels yin-yasa flow. Take your practice of finding pleasure in the details of your experience off your mat into the rest of your day.
Breakfast.
Free time until lunch!
Lunch, followed by photo talk. Learn the main principles of composition and receive your photo challenge for the day. Afterwards, photo walk with an award winning tour guide who knows all the ins and outs of Cartagena, and will take us to special cafes, hidden courtyards, colorful murals and fantastic photo opportunities as we learn about the history of Cartagena.
Evening free time.
DAY THREE
Breakfast.
Ground into your self through a well rounded yoga flow that will stimulate your energy to move more freely through all of you. Harness your vitality and keep the uplifting momentum of your practice for the rest of your day.
Lunch. 
Photo discussion and slideshow. Learn about shutter speed, aperture, ISO. For advanced photographers, there will be a side session on pushing past the obvious and creating something of value.

Evening free time.
DAY FOUR
Breakfast.
Stabilize and strengthen your muscles and stamina with a challenging and accessible yoga flow class with easy to follow instructions to add a little extra to your existing practice. Take the next step in your moving meditation to rejuvenate and excel towards your yoga goals. 
Lunch.
Trip to the islands? Sunset silhouettes. Night photography. Evening sharing.
DAY FIVE

Breakfast.
End the week with a beautiful balance of restorative yoga and active asana flow; bring the balance of opposites into your daily life to find time to play and sweat and time to rest and reflect.

Photo talk: How to earn your first 1k in photography.

Evening free time.

DAY SIX
Goodbyes and departures.
